കുമ്പനാട്ട് ആദ്യ കാത്തിരിപ്പുയോഗം
     1925 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് മൂന്നിനാണ് കുമ്പനാട്ട് ആദ്യമായി കാത്തിരിപ്പു യോഗം നടക്കുന്നത്. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് രണ്ടിന് മുളക്കുഴ യിലെ സഭായോഗത്തിനുശേഷം കല്ലിശ്ശേരിയിലെത്തിയ പാസ്റ്റർ കെ.ഇ. എബ്രഹാമിനെ (ഉണ്ണൂണ്ണി സാർ ) കമ്പനാട്ടു നിന്നു വന്ന കെ.സി. ഉമ്മനും ഏ. സി. സാമുവലും കുമ്പനാട്ട് ഒരു കാത്തിരിപ്പുയോഗം നടത്താൻ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. പിറ്റേദിവസം രാത്രി ആരംഭിച്ച യോഗമാണ് കുമ്പനാട്ടു നടന്ന ആദ്യത്തെ കാത്തിരിപ്പു യോഗം.
     ദൈവാത്മാനിയോഗപ്രകാരമാണ് ഉണ്ണൂണ്ണി സാറിനെ വിളിച്ച് യോഗം നടത്തിയത്. ഒരു മുറി നിറയെ ആളുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അല്പ്പസമയത്തെ വചന ശുശ്രൂഷയ്ക്കു ശേഷം പ്രാർത്ഥനയ്ക്ക് സമയം വേർതിരിച്ചു.ഈ യോഗത്തിൽ വച്ചാണ് കൊടുന്തറ കുട്ടിയച്ചനും എ.എം. ജോസഫും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മസ്നാനം പ്രാപിച്ചത്.
      ഒരാഴ്ച മുഴുവൻ നീണ്ടുനിന്ന യോഗങ്ങളിൽ നിരവധിപേർ വിശ്വാസ സ്നാനം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും ആത്മ സ്നാനം പ്രാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
